BC Winter Club, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation and a US Figure Skating (USFS) member club with amateur skaters, young and adult, and non-skating adult members including parents, coaches and judges. Our mission is to educate, promote and encourage ice-skating at all levels for people of all ages and abilities. Whether you figure skate, or play hockey, (or have children that do), the BC Winter Club is the place for you! With home ice right here in Broome County, in the warmth and comfort of the Broome County Memorial Arena, we are the premier option when choosing a club to skate with.

SKATE ON OLYMPIC ICE THIS SUMMER!!!  Lake Placid Figure Skating is offering a Basic Skills Weekend on August 20, 21 & 22 that is open to any Basic Skills skater.  This is a great opportunity to learn proper warm up techniques and stretches as well as experience all the different types of skating, from syncro, to ice dance to Artistry in Motion, to name a few.  Parents – You won’t be bored!  There are special events for you too!!  Highlights include an ice show on Saturday evening and a Basic Skills competition on Sunday (where everyone receives a prize).  This weekend also includes tours of other exciting facilities at Olympic Center.  Some of our skaters have already expressed an interest in attending. S.C.O.R.E. Raise the Rink Fundraiser is scheduled for Friday, July 30th.  Golf Tournament begins at 1pm, Block Party begins at 6pm.  Visit their website for complete details.  Your attendance at any of these events will help them raise funds to build a new ice rink in Endicott!
